Diaspora Uganda Nurses and Midwives Society (DUNMS) is a charitable organization dedicated to improving the nursing and midwifery profession in Uganda, founded by a Diaspora Ugandan nurse.

At DUNMS, we are a dedicated team of healthcare professionals passionate about improving the nursing and midwifery profession in Uganda AND beyond.

Comprised of Ugandan nurses and midwives living in the diaspora, we leverage our collective expertise, experience, and global networks to support the development of our profession and enhance healthcare delivery in Uganda. Our mission is to empower nurses and midwives with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to provide high-quality patient care and promote health equity. Through collaboration, innovation, and advocacy, we strive to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and communities in Uganda.
